Patientengruppe
In dieser Studie können PatientInnen mit lokal fortgeschrittenem oder metastasiertem, kleinzelligem Lungenkrebs (SCLC) behandelt werden, die bisher keine Therapie erhalten haben.
Ziel der Studie
Es wird untersucht, ob die Therapie mit BMS-986489 (anti-fucosyl-GM1 + anti-PD-1) und Carboplatin/Etoposid bessere Ergebnisse als die Standard-Chemoimmuntherapie mit Carboplatin, Etoposid und Atetzolizumab (anti-PD-L1) erzielt.
Es handelt sich um eine randomisierte Studie, d.h. Patienten erhalten entweder
- BMS-986489 (anti-fucosyl-GM1 + anti-PD-1) + Carboplatin + Etoposid
- Standard-Chemoimmuntherapie (Carboplatin, Etoposid, Atezolizumab)
